Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup finely diced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 tbl brown sugar
  • 1 tbl white vinegar
  • 2 tbl yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix beef and remaining ingredients through black pepper. Form into a loaf and place in a rimmed baking dish. For sauce, mix all ingredients. Pour over meatloaf. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
