Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates

Merlot, 2011

Ingredients

  • 1 oz bleu cheese (room temp)
  • 2 oz cream cheese (room temp)
  • 14 dates, split open lengthwise halfway, pit removed
  • 14 toasted walnut halves

Directions

Mix together cream cheese and bleu cheese. With a small teaspoon stuff a small amount of the cheese mixture into the date. Top with a walnut half. Can be made ahead but serve at room temperature.
