Smoked Salmon on Thick Cut Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bag thick cut potato chips (I found them at Cost Plus)
  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 3 tbl sour cream
  • 1 tbl chopped fresh dill

Directions

Place potato chips (about 24) on a serving platter. Cut up the smoked salmon into 24 pieces. Top each chip with a piece of salmon. Mix sour cream with dill. Put a dollop of sour cream on top of the salmon and serve.
