Linguine and Clam Sauce


  • 3 cans chopped clams
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbl Italian parsley
  • Freshly cooked linguine pasta
  • Parmesan cheese, optional


In a medium saucepan melt butter and oil. Add clams and garlic. Bring to a boil and simmer 20-25 minutes. Add onions and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over freshly cooked pasta.
